My sister and fiance are staying for a month. I see we're gonna all sit around in front of screens and be subjected to work calls. By the end of it I still won't have a clue what he does.

Thanks to my tinted lens...

Now I had a habit of seeing sepia like.
... And I like the times when the sun is low, reflecting more orangey lights when it's rightly warm for me, than bright and yellow when it's hot.

Then... Occasionally mistaking the high noon sun for something milder by just looking at it.

I heard that there have been only 17 cases of influenza so far in Canada when there were over 700 around this same time last year, so I guess this whole nightmare has had a tinge of a silver lining to it.

Of course, if and when the pandemic is over, people will probably go right back to snotting and spreading their germs everywhere. And then it'll be be just as bad as before. Maybe even worse. Maybe there will be another flu epidemic worse than swine flu or smallpox might come back because of the stupid anti vaxxers and brain dead, hive minded idiots who think all doctors are eeevil.

I can't see the positive in anything. My brother once said I'd see the negative side of a rainbow in the sky. He's right.

Being low at the moment.
For reasons no one knows.
Not even myself.
Frustrating.
But it will pass.
It always does.
Still... Frustrating.

Edit?: I think I understand now. It was someone I remembered, somehow -- my just head forgot who that was until I saw the date.

I just miss someone I've might've been avoiding the whole time and practically never interacted with for more than a decade now.

But thank you. It'll pass.

I think older people in my life use 'good actor' as code for 'old guy I've heard of'.

Cos there's no difference in the acting styles/abilities between most of them.

And it's never used (by them) to describe someone young or a minority actor.

Allegedly edible slime, sometimes part of a Christmas celebration.
