I'm unhappy that my room still reeks like chemical roses, about 12 hours after putting some baking soda on my carpet and despite using two air purifiers in there all day with the windows open and fans blowing.

maybe you must hoover the baking soda out of the carpet? idk,
all baking soda cleaning tips didn't do nothing for me is all i can say


maybe it should really be the well known Sodium carbonate (also known as washing soda, soda ash and soda crystals)

Icy extremities

Nausea and insomnia by smell overload. Oh, and residual migraine.

I been very emotional today, I been crying alot. I ordered groceries, had a hard time putting them away, I had bad anxiety, my ankle was in pain when I had to stand up, I was crying too. I also scooped my cat litter, I had anxiety too, my upper arm is hurting. When I was putting more litter in the litter box, I spilled some litter on the floor, I also dropped cat poop on the floor. The heat made everything more worse. I need to buy a portable air conditioner, my air conditioner doesn’t work good. I have Psoriasis, that why I HATE summer. I was calming down when I went on Facebook & read a post about animals, two giraffes at the zoo died, one of them was a baby, the other one’s was the mother. After I read it, I started to cry again.

Anxiety.

I really want to wear one of my necklaces, but I've not been able to find my jewelry since I moved a few months ago.

Watching the trailer for the new Exorcist film more than once made me feel "creeped out."
