Dont know if its enough for a copyright lawsuit, but its ...interesting ...the similarities between the two songs.
In fact ...if you pause them both after the introductory parts (about 32 seconds in for the top, and about 40 the bottom), and then play them both in unison they ...mesh together in a rather pleasant way. They seem to be in the same key. And the beats seem to match.
