It's OK.

My dad didn't give it to me, and it wasn't his. It was just something that reminded me of him. I knew better than to leave it where it was, and I was quite certain Hex would eventually break it. It was my bad, although it sucks.

My housemate monopolized the water so much today that in order to wash dishes for breakfast, at 5pm, I had to warm bottled water on the stove.
