Anxiety

I slammed my boy kitten into the freezer.

Both of the kittens like to go behind the pullout drawer at the bottom of my fridge.
It's hard to see them if the drawer is full.
I normally bend down and check every single time it's open.
They'll dart in there so fast I can't see.

Today I had just seen them both seconds prior.
I was sure no one was in there.
I had just loaded it up with boxes and it wasn't shutting.
The boxes were sticking up so I kept pushing them down.
I was getting frustrated that something kept catching.
I shoved it quite hard.

I finally bent down to look and Mr M was in there.
The orange one.
That's why it wouldn't shut.









He would have gone in, in that split second when I first opened it.

He doesn't seem injured but he was pretty freaked out.





Way back in there, on the floor ^.

I'm anxious all the time- so much to do, so many forms to fill in, so many people to deal with. I can't do any of it.

Anxious again

I found out they stopped making lifesavers, I used to like the peppermint, musk and fruit tingles.

Just a general disappointment in humanity

same.

I drank 1 drink and the liver pain is almost instantaneous. f*****g oof.

That's not a good sign.

All I deal with is acid reflux when I drink and even that's enough to exert some influence against drinking too often.

My frustration with people who are nice 99% of the time and a jerk 1% of the time. This is how most people are but Id rather someone just be 100% nice or 100% a jerk so at least I am not thinking I am getting along with somebody just for them to be hurtful for some dumb reason.
Only feeling this way from some of my co-workers at work who are almost always nice but suddenly decide I'd make a good punching bag for their verbal abuse. Usually they act like this due to some reason that doesn't even involve me which increases my frustration even more. When I'm upset my first instinct isn't to be an a**hole to the first person I see.

My back f*****g hurts so bad.

I'm so stressed out it's not even funny.

Usually when I'm on here all day, it means I'm having an anxiety attack.

This is one of those times.
