I tend to eschew abstract art in favour of concrete depictions, so when I do draw something of an artistic nature - like an MC Escher-type figure/ground ambiguity type of painting - I use pencils and markers.

Are there any candies you prefer above all others?

Maybe raspberry flavor laces, but I like the chocolate and whole nut combo more, just not sure if chocolate fits into the candy definition.

Do you prefer in-store or online grocery shopping?

I don't mind going to the market as long as its early in the morning.

What sort of art do you like, if you enjoy such?

I'm a big fan of MC Escher, Rembrandt and Da Vinci. I'm not really into abstract stuff because I just don't get them. I am fascinated by evolving fractals, though, so go figure.

Beatles or Rolling Stones?

I'm going to go with The Beattles

Have you ever felt life has imitated art or the reverse?

I feel art imitates life quite often.

Same question?

Yes I have, but not the kind you're thinking about.

Have you ever witnessed a natural disaster like a hurricane, earthquake or tornado?

I love gluten-free noodles and sweet things best.
The remnants of a small earthquake was felt at my house.
Do you like Japanese food?

Yes. I like sashimi, sushi, and just about anything unless it's deep fried.

Same question.

Hm I wonder if the quake was from the New Madrid Seismic Zone or from the Canadian East Coast, which I just learned is officially called the Charlevoix-Eastern Quebec Seismic Zone. Geology :nerdy:

I like black and green olives, but I know that's not what you mean . I've never had traditional greek food before, never had the chance.

Have you ever experienced extensive flooding?

Yeah, in Upstate New York back in the early '70s.

Have you ever been subjected to a drought?
