Dentist. I hate getting dental work done. I’m thinking of never, ever, ever, going again.

30 minutes of exercise
researched empathy
daydreamed
worked on my depression
ate some chocolate
took a shower
dumped the black tank
took a nap
irked some people on the internet
laughed with the neighbor

Folded some laundry and left it in a pile.

Cleaned 2/4 cat bins.

Wrote more words.

Tried to figure out when my quarantine ends.

Got over several days of illness, for the most part.

I've launched myself into voluntary sequestration in a hotel with fast internet. No interruptions. Others are covering the day to day stuff. Have to catch up with all the required documentation.

Started working on taxes but don't have all the documents yet so can't finish yet

Got a new front door fitted (£1600)

Sold £4100 worth of investment trust shares, just about managing to get back what I paid for them

Edited and reedited a bit of my book.

Sat comfortably on my doofus.

Flipped some of the recoverable beams over for the deck and screwed them back in. I have to do some painting, but the rain has been quite annoying there.

I need some new beams and floorboards, and other than screws and some new waterproofing material, that's about it. All of that can be delivered. They made a mistake when they built it as they put the screws in vertically without sealing them (which is common, but kinda silly), so water led to expansion of the holes and rust of the screws, which led to water leaking through the waterproof cladding of the beams, so dry rot on the beams and lifted floorboards due to loose screws (mostly broken screws as they all snap where the rust is when unscrewing them, then I have to pull out the rest of them with bolt cutters).

I'm saving several thousand dollars there, which is quite absurd.

I refilled a prescription that I had let lapse for eight months.

I left the house long enough to get fast food from a drive thru.

There was about a 12-year period where I didn't go, because I hate it too. So painful. But getting my teeth cleaned after that absence? The worse pain I've ever felt. I think I'd rather break a bone.

I finally got my new glasses, did some shopping and cooked.
