The Catholic church 500m away has the volume on its outdoor public address system TURNED UP FAR TOO LOUD!!

This being the Christmas season, their Morning Mass starts at 04:00, and their Evening Mass runs past 20:00.

Even with the windows closed and pillows over my head, sleep is difficult.

Requests to turn down the volume falls on deaf ears.

I need some sleep.

My kid is watching the newer animated Grinch film and it's basically sacrilegious to me. I hate that it exists. I hate that people sat around and planned it and then wrote it and then made it. Why would you think you could do better than the Boris Karloff version?

The missing ingredient in all these attempts to remake stuff for new generations is always charm. No one knows how to do charm any more.

I had a very bad night yesterday, I had really bad acid reflux, my nose was all stuff up, I can have the hiccups too. I woke up before 11, I was still tired all day. I have an air purifier in my bedroom that works.

I'm at a library right now and a homeless guy started swearing at people at random.

He's still doing it, but thankfully library staff are telling him to leave.
