There was about a 12-year period where I didn't go, because I hate it too. So painful. But getting my teeth cleaned after that absence? The worse pain I've ever felt. I think I'd rather break a bone.

The scraping noise is what gets to me. I've learned to deal with it and will treat myself afterwards! The other is the needle, I make the dentist tell me as so I can close my eyes, if I see the needle then I'm done. I still have to deal with the needle pain but it helps not to see it.

I found a dentist that will give me nitrous oxide. He is also patient and kind. He has a son with disabilities.

But, cleaning is the worst. I’d rather have a root canal.

And For today’s achievement, another big batch of notes completed.

Completed 250 km of High Speed Ring, led most of the first half until I got a stop and go for speeding in the pitlane during my pit stop. Dropped to 28, finished 20th.

I might do the same length of race with just the GT and touring cars. The stock cars all finished 6 or 7 laps down because their tires don't last very long. The GT+TC category all seemed to only require a single stop, my penalty required me to take a second stop and that left me a lap down at the end.

I can't imagine how sore you'd be after endurance racing motorcycles or go-karts. 8O

^Minis are the worst, think monkey/football, but we only did 30 minute stints vs an hour on the big bike. I always wanted to race go-karts.

walked the people watching exercise loop and was not disappointed, lots of people.
took a shower
ate some chocolate
journaled

Edit:
while systemizing, I had a good lol, one that came from the belly.

Made a wicker fence around my Geisha Girl.
Dug a drainage ditch and made a berm on the downhill side of the slope.

Figured out how to use one of those mythical modern mobile phones for some medical stuff unrelated to me. Mysticism, alchemy, magic, circuit boards and radio waves, all the same thing to me. So, helped someone else. Groceries, always fun.

I will attempt not to achieve to get drunk or take some of the good medication to poorly numb the things that plague me in these plagued lands. The miasma of recollection be thick around here.
