This is my favorite riddle as of now:

A dead man is found in a locked room, hanging from the ceiling 4 ft. above the floor. The room is completely empty, except for a puddle of water below him. How did he die?

That could be seen as offensive. I would disagree as the much of the world's population is right handed, what better hand to be accurate with the wheel that with the strongest hand and the weaker hand to be used under changing gear? ;)

Doing a burnout trick is harder in a left hand drive car as the driver would need to be situated further in the car to feather the throttle.

That "bus" was not the best riddle to use as different cultures drive on different sides.
