Anyone got any?

How many Aspies does it take to change a light bulb? Two: one to change the bulb, and one to research every single type.

What do you call an NT with his hood up and wearing six woolly hats ?

Anything you like : he has sufficiently self- muffled his audio- reception.

These make me so happy :lol: I have an NT husband, and we constantly tease each other about our different neurologies. He really enjoyed:

because they are prone to reciprocation.

Come on Aurore. I am totally hopeless at this. Have a go . It's like you think how "do you get twenty Aspie's in a lift at the same time ?" that's got to be an easy one - and then the answer's harder than some huge image making thing, or an equation. But it would be great if we could do just one joke, wouldn't it :D

20 Aspies in an elevator;

Tell them it's an orignal Otis from 1857 and that there is one item in the elevator that is NOT original

How do you get twenty Aspie's out of an Otis 1857 elevator?

Tell them someone made a mistake , and the non-original item is more likely to be a rivet in the lower left quadrant of the security grille- Then again, you never know, it might not be.

But how do you get twenty NT's into a lift?

Two philosophers were debating the meaning of life. The philosopher, Alex, was an aspie. The second, Sam, was a NT. Both were proud and stubborn in their opinions, and both were wise and intelligent. The were both pretty sure they knew the answer, but they couldn't agree on one issue: how to define "meaning." After twenty years of debate, a friend who couldn't stand seeing them argue finally intervened. The friend asked each of them "How is meaning defined?" Sam said "ask one of my colleagues, they agree with me of course." Alex responded with "What do you think? I can't make that decision for you."

It's not actually funny, but it is quite amusing.

Is your husband good at math? I totally didn't get that joke until I read b9's explanation, because I'm not very math literate and need things explained. In the time it took me to understand the explanation, the humour leaked out. But I really loved the one where he flipped around the popular saying, "Can't see the forest for the trees" to illustrate the difference between detail thinkers and big picture thinkers. I'm math illiterate but love word games.

I also liked j6chan's "Holy smokes" joke. I like any joke that twists around popular sayings.

Yeah, he's incredible at math. Almost was an engineer.

I wish I could come up with some good ones...these have been making me laugh all day, but I keep coming up blank.

Though a literal joke: One of my friends once described himself as an old man stuck in a young boy's body, and an Aspie friend told him 'that's disgusting'.

Just one, but the light bulb has to really want to change. :lol:
