No, never on WP. I rarely lie at all, only in extreme cases when it's absolutely inevitable.

I once told a lie about having imaginary boyfriends and children in a thread in the Members Discussion section. The only reason I did that is because I hate being left out of any discussion involving imagination.

As far as I can remember, that's the only time I've told a lie here on WP. Honest.

I wonder how you would define "inevitable". Avoiding punishment from your parents? Avoiding getting in trouble? Or when your safety is at risk?
