Awesome!

Here's one end of my mess hole. Rare sighting of floor there... this is the tidiest this room has been in for several years.

Image

Cornflake mentioned that the rest of his house is messy, I'm the opposite, I try very hard to keep the rest of the house in order, and my room is just a tipping ground.

Reminds me of my brothers house or my sisters.

8O  Well, I'd feel right at home!
In fact that looks very much like the other side of my thinking pit - the view I haven't shown.
It looks like you're operating on the same principle as me: "it's horizontal, therefore it must be a shelf". It's amazing how much shelf space can be discovered once this simple fact is realized.

Coincidentally, she has exactly the same problem

I miss the pleasant ticking and annoying (middle of the night and my clock wakes me up :wall: ) cuckooing of my clock.

 That made me laugh so hard. I do operate with the 'every flat surface is a shelf' principle! I just never had words for it before.

 Excellent - although I should maybe point out that the surface doesn't necessarily need to be flat: it's just a question of developing sufficiently advanced stacking skills to discover even more shelving!

Titangeek: Your room looks great. I, too, love the wood. 8) And the radio.

 I got a nice laugh out of that. I operate on a similar principal in my kitchen: "It's horizontal, therefore it must be counter space."
