Vigilans is Latin for Vigilant. I suppose the word 'Vigil' in it is what I really was going for. In a religious context it means something like a sleepless period of learning. I am not religious though. I have suffered from insomnia for so long that now I hate sleeping so I tend to stay up pointlessly late reading history books. A sleepless period of learning would probably describe most of my life

My name has nothing to do what you think it does. It's simply a shortened version of a longer name that I made up for myself when I was a kid.
