A fully-functional central heating system.
Mine's clogged and needs flushing, plus a couple of thermostats replacing so it all needs draining down etc.

Actually, add to this "motivation to get up and actually do it". :roll:
I've tried waving my magic wand but it seems to be broken.

Today would have been better if I had slept in later. I've been awake for 2 hours and it's still 5 hours till I go to the movies.
