I baked a caribbean tea cake. People think it yummy, I think it is too sweet.
I used my breadmaking machine though so I am not sure whether this counts as cooking per se.

what did you cook last

i cooked the eggs last because they had the shortest cooking time recommended in the recipe that i assembled.

Potato salad

1. Boil about 6 medium-sized potatoes until not crunchy.
2. Boil 4-6 eggs.
3. Chop potatoes and eggs into large bowl. Add some chopped celery and chopped onion.
4. Dump in half a jar of mayonnaise, squirt some mustard on top, shake on some vinegar, and salt and pepper.
5. Mix everything together and chill.
6. Eat for every meal until you're sick of it.

I made what I like to call "summer food" - Italian flat bread with herbs and garlic, aubergine purée, grilled Romano peppers cut into stripes and mixed with a light vinaigrette and grated celeriac and apple with a bit of home made mayo and roasted seeds.

I made bratwurst, french fries and onion rings for dinner. Had ketchup, yellow mustard, horseradish mustard, and sauerkraut as available toppings. I'll eat healthy tomorrow.

I put a frozen burrito in the microwave yesterday. What the heck would we do without microwaves? I think I would starve.

Yams roasted with chillis, and a red Thai curry of broccolli, leeks and carrots with Basmati rice.

Breakfast was Porridge with a little brown sugar.
