I would like to share an early recollection of mine when I saw what today would be termed a UFO. I was probably around 7 years old. It was in December shortly before Christmas. Mom, Dad, and I had just come from a department where I got to visit Santa. On the way home that night, I was looking out the car window when I saw it. There was a moving string of lights high in the sky. I told Mom and Dad, "It's Santa!" They gazed skyward and with a look of bewilderment agreed that it was Santa returning to his home from the department store.

Well...it wasn't Santa. But what was it? Even Mom and Dad later admitted (after my Santa years) that the string of lights had been a mystery to them. It's interesting how vivid this memory is to me after all of those years. In ways it feels like it just happened last night.

Seriously though, 99.99% of all UFO sightings can be explained by some natural phenomenon. Stars, planets, airplanes, balloons, etc.

If you really believe there's no such thing, then I invite you to check out some videos on youtube. Just do a search for "Stanton Friedman" and watch any of his lectures. He's not a drooling nut case, in fact he's a top notch scientist who regularly researches UFOs. When he talks about getting access to declassified files regarding famous sightings, my hair (such as i have left) stands up.

"Top notch scientist" and "regularly researches UFOs" should be a red flag right there. "Top notch scientists" have better things to do then investigate UFOs. Like looking for a cure for cancer or other diseases.

Wowsers, just a little hostility there. Stanton is a retired scientist who has devoted himself to research. Since there is a society bias towards UFOs not existing, working scientists have to abide by this bias since almost all their work depends on funding.

Actually in his own bio, he lists his occupation as a Ufologist former Physicist. The guy is a full time UFO researcher, and has been most of his life. Thats fine. I'm not being hostel. Just please don't make him out to be more then he is.

For a long time I've been a serious doubter. There are excellent reasons to believe that while intelligent life could arise on other planets, it might be a infinitesimally small chance that they ever develop intra-galactic capability. After all, we haven't. Think of it, life could dead-end in a thousand forms without making it to the Star Trek level.

BUT, listen to Stanton's lectures and see if he changes your mind as he did mine.

I've waited for 50 years, I can wait for another 30 or 40 more.

One time I saw on the sky three big circles of energy rotating one around each other. To describe more, to me they looked like an atom.
Neither now I don't know what it was. And I wasn't drunk, I don't have hallucination, I wasn't either under the influence of drugs.
It is strange because I rarely remind of that incident and I see that people get really excited when they see such things.
To me was just something unexplainable and I don't attribute any mystical interpretations to it.

Another time I saw a perfect circle made of fume. It rose above the trees without changing its shape. Then faded suddenly into nothingness.
Could be a meteorological phenomenon maybe?

Laser light show for the rings, natural compression wave for the fumes. I've seen both, and tracked them down to their sources.
