I've already made my own thread saying this, but I'm sorry I'm depressed and probably a complete downer on this site. It's just life has really, really sucked these last few years.

And I'm sorry I don't talk much, even for an Aspie.

I was very nearly going to post a general sorry in here for the times when I have posted when I have been feeling negative, because I feel really bad about it afterwards. However I think I am going to stop myself; I think that it's all too easy to fall into the trap of apologising for merely existing, well I speak for myself anyway! and I have only just started to realise this very recently.

I think that surely this is a place where we shouldn't have to feel bad if we aren't always feeling "top notch" all the time, if not here then where can we say how we feel?
So I just wanted to say to others don't feel so guilty.

Of course if I have ever wronged anyone then I would want to personally apologise to that individual, because it isn't my intention to offend or upset.

I am sorry for not having an all the knowlegde in the world, for not understanding everything single thing and every single person and for not knowing all the answers to any possible question or problem.

I am also sorry for not being happier, more cheerfull and more of an awesome person.
