There's only so many times you can read infantile jokes about child rape in his puerile, infantile little book without wanting to strangle the bastard.

How he hasn't actually come to physical harm is a mystery.

I love British humour. Yeah I said humour, because the British don't have humor. :)

There are many series of old I love. Red Dwarf, The Vicar of Dibley (absolutely priceless that one), Thin Blue Line, Black Adder, Yeah Mr. Bean is funny too, OMG this one I have to thank my mother for: Rumpole of the bailey (Just thinking about it makes me giggle), CHEF!.

Those that you have listed are all ten years old or more. There are more recent entries but I tend not to watch them.

Those that like more cynical British humour may like Charlie Brooker.

I have been watching British programs for a good 30 years so my tastes are a bit on the not to recent side. I don't watch tv much anymore, there's just under half a dozen current shows (combined British and American) I have to keep up on, but I tend to ignore everything else.

And I thought I didn't watch much tv.

If you're curious this is the list not in order:

Burn Notice
Doctor Who
House
NCIS
And recently just got back into Torchwood.
Sometimes Top Chef (getting a little bored with that one though)

That's about it. Well there's some random anime tossed in there also, but I tend to watch those back to back like a long drawn out movie.

I probably watch less than an hour of TV a week.

I think I would die. In fact I almost did when I was a child from lack of television. We didn't have one for almost a year I think I nearly committed suicide, well not really but the boredom factor was choking.

I used to watch much more TV. Cut back a lot, I don't think I can live without it. 5-6 hours a week seems about right for me at this point in my life.
