mrmark, u got verizon also???! !! i have verizon fios!! i seen in your post that it seems u almost got sucked into a BILLING SCAM i hope u didnt click the link in the email it provided you, if there was a real problem with your service you would see it in email or on screen when you try to acess the secured sites(my email, and other personallized content) what i also find that its a scam is that the saying "its soo easy nowonder why its #1" that slogan is actually for aol.

if it was real, it would greet you by name that you used to sign up for verixon with (screenname or human givin name)

please also go to verizon.net verizon central and check on left side for any warnings or updates to service,
