Unfortunately (in one sense perhaps) I've probably lost 20 pounds in the last few months, only have 10 or 15 to go, so trying to be the Jared of Moon Pies and talking about how I lost weight eating them can't go *too* far right now.

if your metabolism is bad, how have you lost 20 # in only a month? "
enquiring minds want to know." in the last month, despite exercising MORE and eating LESS, my weight went up 5#! it ain't fair.

Reread, not 'a' month, a 'few'.
The trick has been so far: 400 calorie breakfast, 250 calorie lunch, maybe 150 calories of daytime snacks, and a dinner thats under 1,000 calories. As a night cap maybe some Triscuits and Port Wine cheese, 250 to 300 calories worth. That usually nets between 1600 and 2000 calories, per calculations I probably burn somewhere in the neighborhood of 2500 to 2600 per day. The good news, the way I'm doing this, I could do it for years. Its a sustainable program.
