Yes. The single easiest way to get me in a bad mood is to ask me to repeat myself. I can more than easily hear myself, why can't you? If I speak loudly enough to be heard by other people, I feel like I'm screaming.

Almost always. I play into it though, I have a sarcastic sense of humor and I can make the other person seem like a fool.

People usually tell me I'm too loud and need to use my inside voice lol. I don't realize it half the time.

I have difficulty controlling the volume of my voice, and often get told I'm either being too loud or too quiet xD

You are very likely an Aspie

I don't even know if I still talk quietly be when I was younger I know I did because people would tell me to speak louder, frequently telling me that they were partly deaf or deaf in one ear. I doubt there were that many hearing impaired people around me as a child so now I think they must have been saying that to try to get me to talk a little louder and not feel self conscious about it.

Yes. I'm asked to repeat myself at least 6 times a week.

Yep, contrary to the usual stereotype of the opposite -- i.e. Temple Grandin, "MY NAME IS TEMPLE GRANDIN AND I SPEAK REALLY LOUDLY!"

Me as well. I'm a big guy with big lungs and a big voice box, if I don't think about it I'm going to be quite loud. So I try to compensate and people can't hear me at all.

Does that include quietly? If so, then yes.

I sure do, though never to the point of being told that I couldn't be heard. Growing up with a family who enjoyed their shouting matches wore me out on speaking loudly very quickly.

No, I do the opposite - I talk much too loudly. I prefer to think of it as "using the Royal Canterlot Voice". 8)
