Maybe we are in Hell attempting to get out?

All doubt, uncertainty and anxiety stems from self-awareness. Without it we could feel physical pain, but not mental pain. Physical pain comes from one's physical body. Mental pain is potentially limitless.

Being aware of one's own fears, failures, shortcomings, wasted chances, unfulfilled talents, and mortality, is a huge punishment in itself.

"Hell" is not a place, it's a state of being. It's negativity in its purest form, made real through pain and sorrow. Hell is anger, it's melancholy, it's all the feelings that tear at your soul and defile who you are. Some people deal with it every day; others, it comes at them suddenly and disappears when they least expect. The momentary reprieves are all that keep them from madness, from losing all it means to live.

It's a terrible feeling, but there's not much you can do about it. I've felt it several times before, it's not too pleasant. As for what happens when you die, I believe death is the beginning of another journey; how good or bad you are in life determines how difficult your journey will be. Of course, you could always choose to do nothing. But then, what's the fun in remaining in death?

You can wear red sequin shoes and no-one thinks you're weird, one of my more conservative forms of dress.

And if they don't I can always click them together three times and I'll go back to Cardiff.

In a busy zoo, sealed in a small glass box, so everyone can see, with a television, turned on full volume, showing nothing but the worst children's programs, which I cannot turn off. nothing but vegetables for dinner, filthy water, daily humilitation sessions, totally filthy environment, humid, blazing sunlight, really uncomfortable clothes... Every detail of my life is written in a book.. No-one can hear me, no-one cares about me... And I cannot commit suicide.
