I can see up to five seconds into the future by phasing my optic nerve into a dimension that is identical to our own but its time is offset by from our own by five seconds. Though I can conserve quite a bit of energy by only looking three seconds ahead.

Using this power combined with my other abilities I can avoid your scud missiles easily.

I can move out of the SCUDs' range before they are able to move within one meter of me. Especially since I can see them so early.
