Thus far the only cheeses I do not like are the ones that I have not eaten. Kinda afeared of the infamous Limburger, though.

Asiago is my favorite.

Since this came up earlier in the thread, I thought I should mention that I have an extremely hypersensitive sense of taste (and consequently I'm a norotiously picky eater), but I love strong cheeses. I hate any kind of spicy food.
