Does anyone know what kind of snail this is?

I used to let snails ride on my toy train, to experience speed you know. When I checked their pulses afterwards most of them had suffered massive cardiac arrest and died, one had swallowed his tongue and a few s**t themselves. Must have been like warp-speed to them. I also tied snails to a hare's feet so he could experience a much slower pace. The snails ran the hare over with the train as the hare was crossing the level crossing. "The hare was going too slow and the snails were going too fast" read the coronors report.
