When I was a very young kid (before I was six), I spoke only German. I learned English in the first grade.

When I was a kid, I thought pirate copies of Videos were clones of real videos legally released, but just a bit dodgy.

I thought I was really weird because I had no father - like I'd landed here rather than being the product of conception of my parents. I knew I was not the product of my stepfather, but my mom never told me about my real father.

ahh those were the days playing DOOM II and using an AOL disk to access a 28.8K internet service(was very fast in those days)
