Seriously though if they are crisps I'll eat them, I tend to eat them regularly and aren't putting a lot of weight on by doing so.

I also like Pringles, and lots of them. do they count? probably do

TheMachine1 - I agree NoSalt's nasty stuff for some reason. Try Morton's Lite Salt instead. It's basically the same thing, mostly potassium chloride yet is taste a lot better. I have to take a teaspoon ( straight, washed down with water - yum!) on occasion because I have trouble keeping my potassium up.

You too? I use electrolyte packets or bananas. The electrolyte packets contain things that help you absorb the potassium faster.
