What does that have to do with anything?

I hate to tell you this but we really don't care (the English that is)

Beans all have subtle differences in flavor. Navy beans are white, but I guess the sauce is red. With some preparations, the sauce will overpower the flavor of the beans.

I like butter beans the best, myself. I think they might be great on some rustic toast.

There's a thousand year old bag of navy beans in my pantry, so I guess I could cook some up. Actually maybe not, as who knows what's lurking in the bag.

Might end up like The Fly movie with Jeff Goldblum.

Best not hahaha Ive been informed by my fiance that red beans are smaller and rounder than kidney beans. Ive not tried red beans to compare them for you to be honest.

You should not even open the bag. It could be full of moths. Beans keep well, but fresh ones taste best.

Genuinely not offended just being blunt in that when Americans mention it that the British don't care.

I have a tea kettle. We also have ice machines in Canada. I guess that Canada could be classified as part of America for some people - North and South America.

I'm Canadian and I have an electric kettle but I don't use it much. I prefer to microwave my hot water in a cup for tea.
Terrible, I know. I should be making everything the old-fashioned way. At least that's what my brother thinks.

To be honest with you all:I never even heard of "electric kettles" before.

Same here. No bloody clue what those are.

But then, I dont cook. Wouldnt be the best idea. I can barely use a microwave without the contents splattering everywhere.

So, over in the UK, the temp in summer is just generally lower than in the US? Huh. Didnt know that.

Something tells me I might have issues if I were to go over there. To me, 60 degrees or less is "cold".
