Heh, that's too far into the future to be our concern. Humanity will have colonized new planets and solar systems by then, I am certain.

Star Wars anyone?

That'd be so great. Empires warring in the final frontier of space.

Yes. Even tens of thousands of years into the future is too far to worry about. I reckon that technology will come to a near standstill and there will be a dark period by the 30th century.

All humanity will be exactly like the Borg by the 30th century

Africa needs to be recolonized and sorted out.

Something has to be done about desertification, I don't know how though.
Probably with technology in the future that could be fixed, I hope.

It doesn't have to be. A star as far away as nine light years can fatally irradiate the Earth. I'll set up the chaise lounge and the lemonade if that happens.

I'll setup the videocamera to tape it, so I can show it later to the kids I'll never be able to have

i think history will repeat itself. the only reason why people are behaving is because of TV and satalites. some crazy person is bound to kill alot of people in the future

Humanity will continue into space. The earth will be used up of most of it's easily accessible resources. Then people will begin working on the rest of the solar system. The richest and the poorest stay on Earth. The poor stay because they're too poor to leave. The rich stay because controlling the poor give them power. Everyone else will migrate into space. Earth will eventually become a backwater planet. The spacers will become more technologically advanced.

This is what I am going to do, I will build a time machine and I will travel back in time
I'll make my parents never meet each other and I will never be born
That will create a time paradox and it will destroy and collaps the entire universe.
Everything will get back to a tiny condensed mass, probably waiting for a second big bang event.

In the year 2525
If man is still alive.
If woman can survive, they may find.

In the year 3535
Ain't gonna need to tell the truth, tell no lies.
Everything you think, do and say, is in the pill you took today.

In the year 4545
Ain't gonna need your teeth, won't need your eyes.
You won't find a thing to chew.
Nobody's gonna look at you.

In the year 5555
Your arms hanging limp at your sides.
Your legs got nothing to do.
Some machine doing that for you.

In the year 6565
Ain't gonna need no husband, won't need no wife.
You'll pick your son, pick your daughter too.
From the bottom of a long glass tube. Whoa-oh

In the year 7510
If God's a-comin, he oughta make it by then.
Maybe he'll look around himself and say.
Guess it's time for the judgment day.

In the year 8510
God is gonna shake his mighty head.
He'll either say.I'm pleased where man has been.
Or tear it down and start again. Whoa-oh

In the year 9595
I'm kinda wonderin if man is gonna be alive.
He's taken everything this old Earth can give.
And he ain't put back nothing. Whoa-oh

Now it's been ten thousand years
Man has cried a billion tears.
For what he never knew,
now man's reign is through.

But through eternal night.
The twinkling of starlight.
So very far away.
Maybe it's only yesterday.

In the year 2525
If man is still alive.
If woman can survive, they may find.

In the year 3535 {fade}

Yes, 100 years sounds about right. I have little hope for humanity. Humans may think they are superior, but they will never outlive the dinosaurs. I'm figuring most animals will survive longer than humans. They are better at knowing how to survive and keep the species alive.

Here's a neat site showing the various scenarios humanity could become extinct http://www.exitmundi.nl/exitmundi.htm
