I didn't even take typing, I am just that much of a computer addict that I started randomly pressing the keys and my fingers knew where to go for the most part.

Im not so bad, i can almost touch type, i don get a lot odf letters wrong. my problem is having sausage fingers and oressing 3 buttons at once,.

I just find it strange how, if I think about it, it really screws with my mind. I can;t consciously tell you where the keys are, but yet I have no problem finding them, if I'm not thinking about it, The words just flow right out from my mind and on to the screen without me ever thinking about it.

^^ that was also with my eyes closed.

That bugs me that The Haha is not capitalized.....it's the start of a sentence.

Practice makes perfect. I remember "learning to type" in elementary school and I didn't like it one bit. It just came naturally later when I typed a lot.

I'm vutious to know if the amount of time one has used the computer significantly effects the ability of their typing with their eyes shut.

Vutious means curious by the way :lol:

Exactly. Thought I never took a class, they made us do that in elementary school just out of the blue occasionally. Always disliked it. The funny thing is, I don't type correctly...I just poke at the random keys....instead of the "formation" that they teach you to keep your hand in or whatever. Now I can type pretty fast, not amazing, but ok.
