Yes, thanks to covid (and extreme boredom) I've rediscovered the joy of cooking, which is one of the positives to come out of these strange times.
We have a cafe/resaurant here called Free, which I consider false advertising because it is far from free, being on the expensive side, but they cater for all the interesting diners who are vegan, vegetarian, raw foodies, gluten/dairy free etc. it's good that we're considered more than in the past, when the only thing on the menu you could eat was the limp salad.
