Hard boiled and salted, eaten with bread

hard boiled and sliced, on bread with tomato and mayonnaise

scrambled or omelette with bacon mixed into it while frying, or sunnyside up with bacon on the side, all 3 on slices of bread

Japanese style. Seasoned and scrambled eggs fried in a square pan and rolled up! Stays warm longer.

Being a big fan of eggs I can understand how versatile they can be.
As well as having them sunny side on crunchy toast, egg mayo is also a nice treat.
Egg custard desserts and other sweets are delicious.
I have been known to use a yolk on my face and hair.
Egg fried rice and chopped up in a fish pie are some of my other ways of using them.
I could eat eggs every day.
