McDonald's.

There are a lot of places I like specifically for their burgers.

Mcdonalds had the Philly Cheese Stack until recently. That was McDonald's best burger *personally*

There are also several restaurants that make great burgers near me but all seem to follow the same trend.

Needs to be juicy, needs cheese and also a kick of pepper. The pepper is what's overlooked.

Or pork, or horse, or lamb, or venison, or moose, or bison.

Bison burgers are pretty tasty.

Yes! :thumright:

But get the "little" versions...the regular is too big! 8-O

I think the burgers are good enough you don't need a lot of toppings.
:chef: Though I like cheese, onions and mustard on mine!

Actually we make turkey burgers. We mix dry onion soup mix in with the meat before broiling.

A tip from Gordon ramsay - season the meat while it's on the grill to prevent moisture loss.
