Trying to lose weight---any tips?

I lost 16 lbs by adding fiber to my diet and not changing anything else. I used to use Benefiber but now they changed the main ingrediant which was guar gum. I have found fiber that still has guar gum in store brands. I may start buying acacia fiber online again.

Join Slimming World - I joined in January and have lost 4st (56lb) so far - and I eat. Constantly!! Only another stone and a half to go and I'll be the same weight I was when I was 16! Give it a go - I thoroughly recommend it.

If you want to loose weight, eat like someone with a fast metabolism. I can't sit down & eat a full meal all at once. I have small (about 6 meals 1/3rd the size of a full meal) a day. Exercise, move around. I run off what is in my stomach, once my current meal is digested I'm weak (I wish I had fat on me) Eat healthy too of course, no junk food. Will power will get you the farthest.
