Sorry, but right now, the word 'chocolate' reminds me of this:

But here is a finely crafted chocolate masterpiece:

We get Aero Bars in Australia but only the specialty chocolate shops usually stock things such as Reese's Pieces, Hershey Bars and suchlike. By the way, can anybody tell me what a Moon Pie is?

I've always found the banana ones particularly irresistible myself, though:

Avian, thanks for that. Ever since I saw "The Green Mile" and read the book, I've been curious about what Moon Pies are. They look a bit like Weston's Wagon Wheels only smaller and without the jam in them.

Mmm Moon pie. My dad used to buy those...so yummy. I've never had or heard of banana flavor though.

mmmm moon pie. They are especially good when microwaved for about 15 seconds.

I just made two chocolate cakes this afternoon with some lovely chocolate, peanutbutter, and butterscotch ganache.

Ganache? that is the greatest, most painfully rich frosting consisting of cream, chocolate chips, a little heating a little cooling and a little whipping. taadaa! Its good with pretzels and fruit too.

be warned, it is messy. I had it all over the kitchen counters, floor, mixer, me. I think i even found it in my hair.

its rich. to the point that i tasted enough to not want any cake.
