Video game fanboys

I own XBOX 360 and Wii, I'll buy PS3 for Christmas.

Each of this consoles is great in its own way.

You know, people enjoy being opposed to each other, that gives identity, but if you like videogames then the so called "console-war" just makes no sense at all. Unless you have financial issues you should just buy them all, so you can play all the best videogames out there.


(PC sucks)

Edit: I also own DS and PSP. Yes, videogames (consoles) are my main obsession :wink:

Video games are my main obsession too, Rainbow-Squirrel. I however, only own a DS Lite, PS2 and share a N64 with my brother. I'm hoping to get a Wii next year for my 17th birthday.

In a year all your consoles will be outdated while my PC just takes a simple upgrade.

False? Moores Law, already consoles can not run Crysis, and that just barely came out. Where are you guys going to be in a year? In the dust...

And game pads for gaming? Come on, you can't even aim with those things! HALO needed auto aim, and ShadowRun had to have incredible disadvantages put upon the computer players so the poor console "gamers" (I use that term loosely) could keep up.

Wii is cool. Zelda Twilight Princess is great and I'm just saving some money to buy Super Mario Galaxy. I read the review yesterday and I'm really looking forward for it !

Zelda TP looks good. I haven't played a 3D Zelda for awhile, so I'll definately be getting that game.

Consoles are young, fresh & funny , PC is sad, ugly, and boring as hell :wink:

What.. Its a damn box, the same as the consoles. You can customize a PC much more than your consoles, if you want to use the damn thing as an interior decoration. Sad? Whats sad is the lack of performance in your consoles. Ugly is what the wii definately is. Boring? I can program, draw, do email, and PLAY GAMES on my PC.

LOL and ROFL are fine. They're actually abbreviations and are good in moderation. However, most other stuff is just crap spelling and grammar.

what i can say..its my indrest and as part of aspie nature everyone loves to talk where they are in...(though i newer talk like ......u got a wii???hahahahaaa ps3 is 1000000000x beter) its really anoying :D

I've never played a next-gen console, so I can't really have an opinion. I personally like the older consoles, like the Super Nintendo and the Sega Mega Drive.
