Burried or cremated???

I want to decompose so that my body can feed other living things. Ideally, I'd like to be buried without a fancy casket (maybe a simple wooden one or no casket) and without being embalmed. But that might be illegal. Given a choice between embalming and cremation, I would choose cremation because ashes can fertilize the soil.

Cremated as soon as possible and then my ashes scattered somewhere nice.

Composted: they've developed it in Sweden. They freeze-dry you and then use sound waves to break up the body into little pieces. Then they add plants.

Alternatively, I'd like to be turned into a diamond (get cremated and then send off your ashes to some company in the US...)

Or an artificial coral reef...

I'm a bit torn; part of my wants a traditional Viking longboat burning (minus the slave girl).

And part of me wants a proper crypt, complete with secret passages for people to find and explore (and traps!).

Perhaps I will compromise with myself and have a Viking longboat constructed of marble, and eternally spouting flame like a giant gas-powered fireplace.

Yeah, I think I like that last one best. I'm not overly attached to this mortal coil; I just have a flair for the melodramatic.

after ive seen what some funeral people do to your body i think im gonna go with cremation. naturally this means im not going to have a traditional western funeral. they better burn me quick, i cant have people performing autopsys and sh-t on me like that uh uh oh no
