When I've gone to Star Trek conventions I've worn the following make-up to get in character:

1) Painted my face, hands, and arms in clown white to portray the Borg.
My designation was 1 of 5.

2) Painted my face, hands, and arms with blue make-up to portray an Andorian.

3) Used dark eye shadow, eye-liner, and of course a brow pencil to portray a Vulcan. The funny part was, once I had a job interview the day after the convention, and I had forgotten to wash off the make-up so I showed up for the interview with Vulcan eyebrows! The weird thing is, that was one of the best interviews I ever had and I got hired right away. 8)

As my normal Terran self, I don't wear make-up except for lipstick to a job interview, especially since my eyelids have become too sensitive to make-up powder and physical medical problems can result.

I never wear make-up to work, since it would all get smudged and messed up anyway. Plus I don't have time in the morning to add beautification to the routine. But I enjoy make-up when I actually have a night out. I don't wear it so much to feel better about my looks or hide my face, but I like decorating myself I guess. I used to wear bright make-up like lime green eyeshadow or red lipstick just for fun, but now it's a lot more subdued. I just like to see how many different ways I can change my looks.

I don't wear it for every day (except obsessively applied lipstick). On occasions where I am expected to look "nice," I wear some eye makeup.

I used to wear make-up when I worked at a desk job. It took so long to get ready in the morning, that little by little I stopped. Several times, I have had people tell me that I don't need make-up, and I decided to believe that. Now, I might put on eyeliner and touch up my brows when going out for an evening. My lips have natural color, so I don't need lipstick. (Plus, I hate when it gets on my drinking glass when dining out.) I honestly can't understand how I ever tolerated foundation, blush, eye liner, mascara and lipstick!

I usually only wear eye makeup. Just because I like my eyes and there are so many cool things you can do with it though. :D My lips naturally have color too, so I don't even wear lip-gloss. People used to think I wore lipstick...

I think its just issues that I have, I don't do it for anyone else, only for myself, It just makes me feel more comfortable

It doesn't sound horrible to me. When I was younger, I wouldn't even go to the grocery store without applying make-up. As I remember, it was a comfort thing. I honestly felt undressed without make-up. I felt very feminine and with it, as I recall. 8)

yeah i hate also if your wearin lipgloss/lipstick n it goes on ur glass wen your drinking, i just hate it cause then u gotta re-aaply again

And does any of you watch those shows like jeremy kyle or any chat shows like that, cause the reason why i asked about this whole makeup thing was cause these woman couldnt go anywhere without makeup on or hair pieces and the lady from the chat show was seein if they could go 24 hours without makeup and hair pieces. and in the end they just put natural makeup and stuff on , they did still look nice though, i did agree with them that they looked bad without makeup

I'm a guy too... but here's my thought...

Some girls really cake on the makeup and all I can think is wow... what must they look like under all that stuff that they feel such an overwhelming need to disguise themselves.

I like people looking natural - makeup isn't.

Also - kissing/cuddling a girl with lots of makeup is like rubbing your lips around in a jar of foundation.

when makeup is done properly, you guys don't even know it's there even when kissing with her...but the girl is just very very very pretty:wink:

makeup brings out your beauty. but ONLY when you know how to use it and that takes some time practicing

do any of you aspie girls wear make up? I don't

If So, could u go out the house without it on? its just that few girls wouldnt do that and do you think it attracts boys more or no? I don't care... I get enough (negative) attention of them and wish they would just disappear...

And also... do you see the point in wearing makeup? To waste time and look more like the NT stereotype
