So here I am and emu egg...

... and I also actually have one. How odd, yet cool.

They're fascinating really. Variegated dark green shell, with fairly good resale value as a carving medium. The contents cook up paler than chicken, and are milder in flavor. Allegedly better for you, too. About the size of a man's fist.

Oh, and: my first post! :D
