I often get them. Such are the joys of anxiety...

On a few rare occasions, I have awakened from dreams of floating, flying, or falling, to the sensation of the bed shaking. I had apparently been sitting up in bed while sleeping or jerked up while sleeping, and then fell back, shaking the bed, and being awakened by that. It has always left me feeling a little shook up. It worries me that I might hurt myself in my sleep if I should start sleep walking, or fall out of bed. Most of the places I've lived had stairs, which added to the worry, but fortunately, my current home only has stairs outside.

When I was younger, I would have those falling dreams all the time and feel as though I flopped onto my bed when I woke up.
