Curious. If I understand correctly, you intend to become intoxicated and listen to music. I do not understand the necessity of the holodeck in this case. Would it not be more efficient to engage in this activity in your quarters, where you may be more comfortable becoming unconscious?

Yes, I did not understand it either. When I asked why, Leutenant Reicher told me it would make me say "Uh na na na na" rather loudly at which point Counselor Troy started laughing and hit him in the shoulder.

I believe the correct expression in the vernacular of this forum would be the three letter acronym LOL!

I am not familiar with the term "Uh na na na na" or why a holodeck would induce any being to utter this phrase.

Can you explain?

It is my sincere apology that i cannot communicate with you in the domain of this thread, due to the fact that i know neither who Data is, nor his exact style of linguistical communication.

Thank you. Please then, explain the term "uh na na na na" and its relation to the holodeck, counselor Troi, and the practice of "getting s---faced."

Your input is greatly appreciated.

Oh, you were serious, I did not know that. Uh na na na na, after researching it in the historical files, is the 'hook' from one of Master Ps most famous songs. As for Leutenant Reicher and Counselor Troy, I believe the human emotion they were showing was what they like to call silliness or 'busting' ones orchestras.

I comprehend silliness. I do not comprehend busting one's orchestra.

Please explain.

I do believe orchestras is a more classy synonym for 'bullocks'

Data is an andriod on Star Trek: The Next Generation who seems to have many Asperger-like traits, in my humble opinion.

This thread appears to have become less interesting to the people who are impersonating me than it was initially.

I see that this thread has been transferred to an appropriate forum. This is most propitious, fortuitous, good.
I will commemorate the occasion by composing a poem. I shall name it, "Ode to Fun"

Does data roll around and bite people... outside of odd drunk-like influence?
