I took a little nap after eating, but it took a little longer, so I woke up at 9pm! Now it's 3:20am and I don't feel sleepy at all

I'm up and it is almost 2 am. How fun! I couldn't sleep because I have a stomachache and couldn't find a good position to sleep in. I try to go to sleep at 10 pm but it takes me several hours to fall asleep due to unable to find a position and occasionally racing thoughts about random stuff. I'm ALWAYS tired because of the medicines that I am on.

its 4:49 am here and i cant sleep because my dogs incessant howling which is driving me crazy!
