It works well


A lot of people don't realize this, but there are actually native American influences in blues which is kind of the foundation of rock and roll. And music doesn't really exist in clearly defined categories anyway. Those were invented for marketing and convenient communication.

I like Native American music. I knew a songwriter in Austin who performed traditional Native American songs and also wrote these weird indie-rock-ish folk songs with strong Native American influences.

I'm starting to really like my new Hasil Adkins avatar. I think I'll stick with him for a while. Maybe I'll turn into Lord Sutch at about 3333 posts.
