I find this a disturbing comment. Its a horribly negative thing to think about yourself isn't it?
What good is that?
I've been raised a bit differently, I suppose.
I'm at peace with my quirks. I consider them to be a part of who I am, not some sort of weird cancer attached to me, dragging me down all the time.
I'm happy with myself.
And then there is the matter of making life hard. Life is not easy for anyone. There is always some imperfection, or hard ship. I wouldn't have it any other way.
To have nothing to over come would leave people with out the need to progress, to strive, to try.
It would leave us lazy, boring, and useless.
Hellen Keller could have sat on her ass her whole life feeling sorry for herself. She could have thought of being deaf as a cancer attached to her soul. A flaw.
Instead she found out that because of her disability, she had a goal in life. A reason. A job.
She over came. And was an amazing benefit for the world.
Had she been normal, what would she have done with her life? Would she be in the history books? Would she be the same amazing person?
No.
She'd just be some person. Some boring person.
I'm proud to be a flaw.

to the evolution discussion, because i think what i think, but i can not
say that those who disagree with me are wrong, i have no proof, they
could be right no matter how sure i am myself of this and that *sigh*
but it is interessting
In science there is NEVER a one hundred percent proof. Ever.
It is simply impossible.
That doesn't mean however that we cannot except something as valid and valuable.
I think for a narrow period in history our mind styles have been a disadvantage. The tide is turning back again. Prior to 100 years ago, I see AS as a non issue. As we fall further into the digital age, its becoming less of a burden again.
Already organics are supplanting silicon as a infomation medium. With organic LEDs coming onto the market, viral grown batteries, organic solar power and neuron powered circuitry, the information age is on the cusp of a transformation the likes of which mankind has never seen. In addition, people are starting to implant their bodies with microprocessors and all sorts of interesting gizmos.

A lot of people seem to get the wrong idea about evolution wrongly believing that every time a new form evolves it is inherently superior to the one before, that’s just not the case at all, nature tries things out through the process of evolution and many of these trial runs end up extinct, a dead end, nothing more than a evolutionary experiment.
It's hard to see how being an aspie could be a successful blueprint for the next generation of human beings we have our strengths but social bonding and easily finding partners is hardly one of them.
It would be very interesting to know how many NT parents produce aspie children, and if aspie parents always produce aspie babies, or are Aspie couples producing any NT babies at all.
Evolutionary success stories are always based on a species gradually mutating new and improved attributes and as a result of their success reproduce in large numbers, the owners of these superior traits then out compete with the old guard and ultimately replace them, the fossil record has shown that most of these evolutionary tryouts will end up being unsuccessful and die out completely.
The other form of evolution occurs through geographic isolation where a species evolves to fit in with it's environment.
At the dawn of mankind from one common ancestor evolution experimented with many hominid species but most were evolutionary dead ends or were assimilated back into other species through interbreeding.
It would appear that Aspie’s probably are a genetic mutation and how successful we are depends on our ability so survive in the NT world, “if” we are the future we will have to out compete by increasing in numbers and by using any superior attributes we have, statistically though we are far more likely to be yet another evolutionary dead end.
If the Aspie mutation is being reproduced exponentially by NT’s and Aspie parents then we might well end up inheriting the earth however unlikely that sounds.
Personally I’m just not sure I don’t feel superior quite the contrary in fact, I just don’t think we know enough to be able to predict anything, All I know for sure is that being different makes for a far more difficult life than an easier one.

Yep, thats what i mean, its looks pretty hopeless at this point in time.
We can except things, but that doens`t make them true, that just makes
them something we except. We can know nothing about a thing and still except
it, people except things they dont even see so its a tuff one

Maybe, maybe not, no one knows for sure, thats the annoying part of this, in a way
we dont get anywhere. Some belive this, some belive that, they could all be completly
wrong for all we know, and thats the clincher, theres no right answers, just alot of wrong Q`s

hmm..maybe the electronic age is what triggers it - to many impulses to fast,
to much going on at once - just a thought, sounds a bit weird but anyway

Science is the only discipline that uses real evidence to help prove it's claims nothing else does that so I'm sticking with science, of course scientists have got things wrong in the past but the fact that it was science that proved some old theories were wrong due to lack of evidence means that was just our lack of knowledge not that science that was at fault.
If you have any evidence to the contrary I would be very interested to hear it.

"believes to be the truth" keyword here is "belives".
some people belive in santa claus for example, others
in God, and others in science. What we belive doesnt
make facts.
I have no evidence whatsoever of either this or that,
only theorys and beliefs - and for me thats no where
close to being something i can use to call something
100% true in this world as i know it. If i where to belive
in something 100% then my mind is already made up,
and i have no chance at learning anything, i`m closed
to new possibilitys. In short, i dont belive.
"Science is the only discipline that uses real evidence to help prove it's claims nothing else does that so I'm sticking with science"
Just because its the only thing, doesn`t make it more true or correct in any way,
for me that is. I see no reason why it could not be a mirage just because some believe
its the only thing and therefor true, makes little sense to me.
One thing always surprises me, belivers of science that claim for 100% sure that
God and all that doesn`t exist. To me thats weird, these are the people that should be open
to absolutely anything, not just saying "no, beacuse i know i`m right and you`re wrong"
That always surprise me big time, i dont follow that line of thinking. It`s just as dumb to
me as christians who claim science is pure bull for 100% sure. Its the same thing, i see no
difference, the same close-mindedness in both camps. I just dont see how this can be of
any help at all when it comes to understanding things. We argue over things we dont understand and get no where at all.

Evolution has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt, if you choose not to believe in it then you are choosing to ignore all of the overwhelming evidence accumulated.
Sure evolution is still called a theory but then again we believe without question in the theory of flight why? Because of the evidence that birds and aeroplanes can fly, most scientists believe in evolution because of all the evidence that supports it.
It is a belief based in fact not emotions or feelings but logical principals based on real evidence.
That doesn't mean my eyes are closed to any possibilities either but I know solid evidence when I see it.

I`m not ignoring anything, i`m open to everything. I see "evidence" also
but i dont belive in it. I dont trust the human mind when it comes to "evidence".
Its the way i learn and move forward. A personal "thing", not something i try
to push on to others or claim to be true at all. And i dont expect anyone to agree
with me, i see why many cant do that. I`m open, thats all, nothing more. I have
no belives in neither camp, be it science or God. A blank slate. And thats makes
me see things a little different compared to if i where to belive in something.
Some things make more sense to me then others at this point, but i have a huge
flaw, i am human, i am not capable at making that decition for sure.

But if you don't believe in the scientific evidence to support that (I quote myself>)"A lot of people seem to get the wrong idea about evolution wrongly believing that every time a new form evolves it is inherently superior to the one before, that’s just not the case at all, nature tries things out through the process of evolution and many of these trial runs end up extinct"(end quote) Then you must be choosing to believe something else or willing to admit you just don't know.
To do science properly you have to be open to everything, every possibility must be explored that is how theories ultimately become facts.
