I just remembered when I was younger the library was my place of escape, watching art books or reading literature. I used to spend hours there

When I was a child I used to climb up a tree and no one could see me but I could see them. As an adult I take drugs. Climbing tree's just doesnt work the same way it used to.

I used to climb a top a cupboard, and no one could see me too. In your head can you picture a place of escape?

I picture myself sitting along a beautiful stream, a little river in a beautiful scenery with hills and lots of trees around. Springtime and the water is gently flowing or moving in front of me. A Kingfisher flies by at great speed and lands on a branch on the other side of the stream. About 25 meters from where I'm sitting. When the bird has left I picture a branch (or a leave) and see it gently floating on the surface of the water. The branch could stand for my worries and I just watch it gently go from nearby till it's out of my field of vision. The imagined place or scenery makes me feel at ease and this could be considered a place of escape....

Thks, it took a while to comprehend what you intended in your OP but....

(btw, I have vivid sexual fantasies sometimes, can I post them in this thread? Could be considered a thing/ place to escape.... Like, she came out of the bathroom, all wet, with only a towel....)

I picture the perfect house I want to live in when I have the money. Well, picture sounds like it takes effort to do so, it doesn't, it just drifts in. My dream house is my goal in life. Before that I used to picture a quarry like place with hot sun on the rocks and multi-coloured fish in the water. Always been a dreamer.
