Once while vacationing in Arizona USA, I was invited to taste Javelina. They're wild desert boars, on the small side. Roasted over a fire, and sliced off the bone. It was gamey, and pork-like, but definitely tasty. (Everyone had a good laugh at the face I pulled as I popped it in my mouth.)

I grew up in Arizona and I never had the opportuinity to eat javalina. Cactus fruit jam is tastey, though :)

Interestingly, although closely related to pigs, Peccaries (AKA javelina) aren't actually pigs.

I need me some swordfish steak. Ain't had that in years; someone just had to mention it on the prior page.

I used to have an addiction to pickeled turkey gizzards with that strong vinegar taste. I still like them, but haven't had them in a while, probably because they are mainly a bar food. I never see them in the grocery stores. Pickeled herring is a close competitor, and I eat that alot. You have to get the right brand though, or they are mushy and gross. :eew:

Does spam count? I actually don't mind eating the stuff, every once in a blue moon. I just try not to think about what's in it.

Nope pizza is best with tuna and sweetcorn on it. Mmmmmmm
I think meat is tasty. I love Chinese food. I had chicken in black bean sauce at a restaurant and it was one of the nicest things I've ever tasted. :chef:
I'm gonna eat meat later. It should be good as long as my mum doesn't burn it.
