Celebrity News and Gossip (I couldn't care less about what some movie star happened to uncomfortably squeeze themselves into, and if I want to know their birthday, I would have gone and looked it up myself!)
Sport news in General (I simply don't really give much about sports with rare exceptions for the Olympics, NASCAR and other races, and possibly hockey. I don't give a darn about the whole American Collage Football, or American Football itself, and I live there! I find soccer much better, and sports commentators to be a rather annoying annoyance.)
The octo mom is annoying, I would rather hear about...Tofu. Anything. (And what a name. Octo mom? Sounds like some she has 8 arms, and not kids, or is a villain, like Doctor Octopus!)
Reality Shows. I think you mean, 'Lack thereof of a mental reality, folks.' Really.
Daytime TV dramas. I happen to really have disdain for these. They seem to be like reality TV...only acted!
Head-ON and other spawn. Get me my double barrel shotgun, and hand it to someone who has a gun license.
Real estate failing. Hmm....Too much building, perhaps? Lack of variety? Generic looks? Ugly looking homes? I don't know, but I think those might be the reasons I like the non mass produced houses.
Any product that claims it can do things past the already constantly shedding and dead layer of skin brings suspicion to me.
Going green. Great, we have heard plenty, but where are home the solar panels and the wind turbines? Who so ever made the broadcast, WHAT ARE YOU doing about it?
Questions about Mr. Obama's citizenship. Guys, he was born here, is at least 30 years of age, and he meets the qualifications of being born here. Stop asking silly/rather dumb and obvious questions.

I'm sick of hearing about carbon trading. And besides, humans only account for 1% of all Carbon Dioxide put into the atmosphere anyway. I also hate those adds that tell people to be vegetarian for the environment because of the amount of Methane cows put into the atmosphere, it's a load of crap because the best way to stop a cow farting is to kill it. Not to mention that a symbol associated with vegetarianism is on the commercial so basically they are trying to impose their political views on everyone else. F***ing hippies. I'm sick of Peter Garrett, why the f*** is he a politician? Celebrities who get political are w*kers. Speaking of which, Bono. ARGH!! ! You could remove the word w*ker from the Dictionary and replace it with a picture of Bono. "I'm Bono and I support a village in Africa. Look at me, aren't I so good.". ARGH!! !

I must point out that I have nothing against people supporting causes, I just get annoyed when they do it to make themselves look good. Another thing, these American Celebrities supporting charities that go overseas, they should take a look at fixing their own country's problems first, a huge number of Americans live in poverty. How can a country like that pledge billions in international aid and not even give their own citizens proper health care or look after their own citizens who live in poverty, it's disgusting. The way they treat their own people is third world. There are many things in this world that I am sick of hearing about.

I`m sick of hearing about crimes on the news and then
its followed with the line "...and the suspect have
Aspergers Syndrome". :x

Theres been two cases here recently, real nasty stuff,
rape and murder, and its been pointed out alot that the
guys who did it have AS. Its been pointed out too much,
by now its sounds like people with AS do these things.

But the way i see it, things like this happen all the time,
"regular" people do it, people with AS do it and people
with other things do it. So the angle gets a little twisted
when they hammer it in like that; "the killer have AS,
ergo all people with AS must be dangerous".
dammit! :x thats not right

i am sick of those infomercials that try to sell "ab" defining machines.

i am sick of commercials that sell funeral insurance that will pay for your coffin and flowers for only the price of 1 cup of coffee per week.

"..and then i realized that i didn't want my family to be burdened with the cost of my funeral and..." they say. i feel like a lizard when i watch blankly those ads.

also there is a bad commercial about scraping the dead skin off peoples heels and feet.
it is called the "ped egg" and it is an egg shaped object with a file that scrapes off dead skin cells from their feet, and guides the scrapings into a container.
in that infomercial, they open the container to display the "skin filings" that are outrageously pukeable to see.
that ad is an affront to me.

i was sick of hearing about the australian bush fires.
i am sick of hearing about some cricket players being shot at in pakistan.

i am sick of watching the news and seeing stories that happened yesterday that have already been reported, and yet they introduce them as if they are fresh stories.

during the bush fire reports, i kept hearing "another 49 people have been added to the list of casualties" every time i heard the news. i thought the death toll was about 1200 due to the way that they kept reporting the current death discoveries as if it was breaking news, and i mentally tallied the toll.
i could not justify to anyone on earth who knows me why i had that figure in my head as the casualty count.

i dislike everything i hear nowadays.

I'm sick of people at WP whining about how they don't have a boyfriend/girlfriend/sex life.

I'm tired of holier-than-thou, too-cool-for-school aspies who like to judge other aspies and question their aspie-ness if they are new to WP or if they show certain "decidedly unaspie" characteristics - like having a job or not being house-bound.

As if its some secret club or society. Until they come up blood screening or whatever - its just a syndrome or disorder and none of us has the ability or resources to diagnose the others on this site.

Man, with all the cool and weird things that go through my mind - being judgemental doesn't fit into my busy schedule.

Oh yeah - I'm sick of the male enhancement commercials. I don't understand them. Why would a guy want to be bigger for the sake of being bigger? Unless he's a PROfessional porn star. Or maybe its a gay thing, (Not that there's anything wrong with it) but they can't show that in the commercials so they show all these creepy, unsexy housewife types. Or maybe those magic pills do something else I don't quite understand.

Either way, its SOOOO gross trying to make sense of it - while a goofy guy in a Santa Claus suit parades around the screen. Those ads are clearly for men, only.

And could the music be any unsexier?

Seconded

Why the hell does it even matter?

I agree, it seems kinda racist. (Off record, I'm not one of those annoying people who keep on mentioning race throughout the whole Obama thing. Those people piss me off. I'm just saying it cos it seems to me to be true.)

I agree with this too. Ironically, they make me feel like I'm not "freakish" enough to be a "freak", therefore I am an unknown type of "freak", if that makes sense, LOL.

Seconded. In fact, I'm sick of hearing about dieting and people's weight in general... we seem to be obsessed with this subject.

Celebrity culture. Is there anything less relevant to real life than what Celebrity A was wearing to Award Ceremony B?

Speaking of which: Jade Goody. Yes, it's horrible that she has terminal cancer at 27, and yes, I feel really sorry for her kids (nobody deserves to lose their mum at such a young age), but this whole business of her treatment and downward spiral has been one big, unpleasant media circus that reeks of the distasteful tone modern society has adopted. I wish they'd leave her in peace...
