Akitas don't take too well to hot weather, so if you get one, keep them inside the cool airconditioned room.

I have a couple of siberian huskies they're very friendly, but not very trainable uless you want them to run which they do with enthusiasm.

I luv huskies. Akitas look like huskies with their fur type. Their coloring's just different.

A friend of mine had a lab a few years ago, his name was Kadar. He lived to a ripe old age.

My last dog was a Black Lab and was SO AWESOME he was just like me in every way possible he even had AS traits OMG I LOVED HIM SO MUCH I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH he had to be put down though he got really sick and I thought he lost his mind so I let my stepdad take care of him poor guy really miss him still loved him so much. His name was Shadow and he had all black w/ a single white spot on the center of his chest under his neck. He even remembered me after I got in trouble and got sent away for the summer he missed me so much and ran across the electric fence to get to me!
