The afternoon I had quiche for the first time. I'd heard and read the name before, but really had no idea what it was. Good stuff! And for dinner I had Rosemary chicken, Russian sausage with rice, and stewed asparagus.

I started working as a dishwasher/porter in a sorority house kitchen three weeks ago, and I've hardly shopped for groceries since. I may not have medical benefits, but I can bring home all the food I want.

Cheesecake. Perhaps I should watch some Golden Girls clips on YouTube while I eat. (I don't expect anyone under the age of thirty to get that. )
